The Nonlogic staff, with concern for its members, has discovered a successful break in attempt on 22 October 2006. While some of the details are still unclear, it appears that our encrypted password file may have been stolen off the system. Nonlogic staff makes every effort to ensure your privacy and security are maintained, and the security hole has been discovered and fixed.
We are requesting that all users with an account before 22 October 2006 (user id 1112 or prior) change their password. Since the password file is encrypted, we cannot tell if your password has been cracked or not.
Once again, the problem has been fixed and we are doing our best to make sure no more incidents like this one happen again. We are sorry for the inconvenience this may cause you and hope you understand the circumstances.

Edit: The damages caused by this password theft may be more far reaching than we originally estimated, we have decided to recommend that all users change their passwords. You should have received an email concerning this.
