Server Downtime

Our main server, leibniz, went down Friday afternoon. We are still investigating the cause of the outage and suspect hard drive failure. We have another hard drive that we were planning on installing in a RAID 1 (Mirroring) setup. This drive should be installed in the next two weeks.

Until then we recommend making a full backup of your home directory, we will make all attempts to ensure no data is lost but we can make no guarantees! We apologize for any inconveniences this outage may have caused and thank all of you who helped resolve us resolve the problem.
